Polyaniline (PANI) is a conductive polymer material doped with proton acid conductivity between metal and semiconductor, and can change with the acid doping concentration, so polyaniline and elastic material polydimethyl Silicone (PDMS) bonding is expected to achieve low resistance, high GF requirements. The experimental results show that the PANI / PDMS composite thin film sensor has a certain flexibility, can stretch to 50% of the strain, GF value up to 54, much higher than the flexible strain sensor constructed by other materials, and has excellent cycle stability , With potential applications in monitoring human activity.
