Xinyi City Huandong Avenue (East Town Wangtong to Dingbao) Engineering Investigation and Design

The bidding project of Xinyi City's Huandong Avenue (Dongzhen Wangtong to Dingbao) project (hereinafter referred to as “the project”) has been approved by the Xinyi Development and Reform Bureau with the letter of the letter of change and reorganization letter [2016] No.103. The bid inviting party is the local highway construction project management office of Xinyi City. The construction funds are self-raised by the local government. The project has already met the conditions for tendering. The project is now undergoing an open tender for the survey and design of the project.

2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Project Overview
Xinyi Huandong Avenue (Dongzhen Wangtong to Dingbao) is the junction of Yunding Xinyi and Yunding Luoding to Maoming Xinyi (Guangdong-Guizhou Expressway) (hereinafter referred to as Yunmao Expressway). The road starts from the intersection of provincial road S370 at Dongcheng Wangdong of Yishi City, and is newly constructed along the current rural road 376. It is under the current Luoyang-Zhanjiang railway bridge at K0+900, and the current situation is at K1+650. The high-speed bridge ends at the Dingbao Interchange exit of Yunmao Expressway. The highway grade of the project is Grade I highway, and the design speed is 80km/h. The width of the roadbed is 26 meters. The recommended scheme is asphalt concrete pavement. The recommended scheme is 6.135 kilometers long and the bridge section is 1.689 kilometers long. There are a total of 9 bridges, including one middle bridge and eight bridges. There are about 16 culverts on the whole line. The project's total project investment is estimated to be approximately RMB 424,138,800, and the Jian'an fee is estimated to be approximately RMB 303,185,100.
2.2 The scope of tender
A bidding section is set up for the bidding, and the survey and design of the route, roadbed, road surface, bridges and culverts, cross-projects, traffic engineering and facilities along the line, and afforestation projects of the project are completed as required. The main work includes engineering survey (including engineering geological survey, geotechnical survey (initial survey, detailed survey), etc.), engineering survey (including initial survey, fixed survey and possible additional surveys during construction, etc.), preliminary design, and construction drawings. Follow-up services (including tendering and cooperation, construction cooperation, preparation of as-built drawings, etc.) for design, preparation of budget documents, and construction cooperation.
