Professor Zhu Ming, dean of the Ministry of Agriculture Planning and Design Institute, who is in charge of researching the project, told reporters that some of China's fruit and vegetable-producing areas are far away from the market, and the transportation costs of fruits and vegetables are high and losses are high. %-30%, equivalent to RMB 75 billion; and the related agricultural product processing industry has high input, high energy consumption, high material consumption, high pollution, poor quality of processed products and low selling price, which is not conducive to environmental protection and increasing farmers' income.

"Hybrid solar multifunction fruit and vegetable drying equipment" combines hybrid solar energy collection technology, van-kiln kiln double ventilation technology, automatic control auxiliary heating and air filtration-ultrasonic cleaning-ozone sterilization technology The integration has greatly improved the quality of raisins, shortened the drying cycle by more than two-thirds, solved the problems of long production cycle and poor sanitation quality caused by traditional air drying and open-air drying, and researchers have also used the equipment for jujube, Apricot and wolfberry have been subjected to a drying test, the energy-saving effect has been remarkable, and the drying quality has also been significantly improved. "Production-type high-efficiency solar-heating box-type fruit and vegetable drying room" can also greatly improve the quality of Xinjiang green raisins, drying cycle is reduced by more than half.
