Houston, United States digital instrumentation company produced a HDI mud instrument. This pressure gauge has a digital and analog bargraph display that can be seen 10 meters away. It can be used in the field of high temperature, vibration and shock under harsh conditions. Use it to eliminate hydraulic pipe thread damage and fluid loss. Its quartz crystal oscillators provide 0.5% full-scale pressure indication, pressure readings accurate to 0.7 MPa, maximum low pressure safety, and none of the other hydraulic pressure gauges are capable of reading such low pressures.
The instrument is digital, no moving parts, use it can greatly reduce downtime, and can avoid the repair spring tube assembly and check valve. It can be mounted directly on risers, mud pumps, manifolds and other locations. The pressure range of the instrument is 0 ~ 41.4,0 ~ 69 and 0 ~ 103 MPa.
