II. Overview and scope of tender

2017-2018 Chuanqing Drilling Changqing Drilling Corporation, the first project department, approximately 30 drilling rigs, the first project department, and the Zhidan regional professional company station, stationed a certain number of light vehicles at the station for production support. It is proposed to select service providers through open bidding.

III. Bidder qualification requirements

Qualified; 4 with Jiangling or Isuzu pickup, Jiangling light truck, Toyota 2700 off-road vehicles or other vehicles of similar performance no less than the above-mentioned models of 33 vehicles and above (including at least 9 pickups, at least 23 light trucks, Toyota 2700 at least 1 (Taiwan), and at least 16 of them are self-owned vehicles; 5 No bid-rigging activities have been committed within the last three years or administrative punishments by relevant administrative supervision departments have stopped bidding, no serious breach of contract, or traffic accidents of general and above levels; 6 Business reputation Good, not assessed by China National Petroleum Corporation and its affiliates in 2016 as an unqualified or frozen qualification in the annual performance evaluation; 7 The bidding project is not prequalified; 8 Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
