2, the scope of tender
2.1 The operation and management of the discharge and clean-up of gravel coal from coal mills #1 and #2.
2.2 #1, #2 furnace coal mill operating area sanitation and drain cleaning. The scope includes: #1, #2 furnace coal mill area, self-feeding fan below the stairs to the coal mill area; the road between the blower and the electrostatic precipitator, and the dredging work within the channel (as a result of the removal of coal and coal will cause Road and channel pollution); pulverizer area, outside the health of marble countertops; Shizi coal slag door within 1.5 meters of the surrounding sanitary.
2.3 The cleaned coal will be transported to the location designated by Party A.
3, applicant qualification requirements
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal entity legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It shall have the ability to independently bear civil liability and have the right to enter into a contract independently;
2. The bidder shall provide relevant certificates such as valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate ("three certificates combined" to provide "three certificates together" certificate) and so on;
3. The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, not be ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen, bankruptcy, and the financial status is good;
4. The bidder shall not be an unqualified bidder with corruption, fraud, etc. as defined by China's national laws and regulations and related management departments, and has no bad records of the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries;
5. Does not accept the Commonwealth bid, not subcontracting, subcontracting;
6. It is forbidden to use bids in the name of others to obtain qualifications, qualification certificates, etc. by means of transfer or lease, etc., to use fake or altered licenses, to provide false finances or performance, to provide false credits or other fraudulent activities;
7. The person in charge of the bidder unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not bid on the project at the same time;
8. According to the “Notice of Inquiries about Comprehensively Conducting Bribery Crime Files in Tendering and Bidding Activities” in the No. 3 Document of the High Inquisition Association [2015], the successful bidder is required to provide the unit issued by the People’s Procuratorate’s place of residence within 10 days of receipt of the bid-winning notice. , Legal representative of the bribery criminal file inquiry letter. If no search results are submitted or if there is a criminal record of bribery, the qualification will be cancelled;
