(2) Service content: drafting and reviewing the relevant approval documents, transaction documents and contract texts, issuing relevant legal opinions, and assisting in revising the relevant documents of the Bank of Guangzhou company's articles of association and related corporate governance documents.

Second, the qualifications

(1) Having registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, established for more than 5 years, and has more than 20 practicing lawyers, of whom 5 or more have ever engaged in securities legal business;
